1. Eligibility for Refunds:

1.1. In order to be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be purchased directly from the Humble Object website.

2. Refund Criteria:

2.1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days of receiving the product. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, based on your preference.

2.2. Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify our Customer Support within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item, and upon receiving it, we will send you the correct item or offer a full refund.

3. Return Procedure:

3.1. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support at hello@humbleobject.com or 1-877-721-3787. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

3.2. Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.

3.3. Please include the RAN on the outside of the return package.

4. Return Shipping:

4.1. For defective, shipping damaged or incorrect items, Humble Object will cover the cost of return shipping. Note: The nature of the wood can present different colours or patterns. These are not considered defects on the products.

4.2. For items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Process:

5.1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5.2. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items:

6.1. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, as they are tailored to your specific requirements.
