Local Delivery – Greater Vancouver Area Only

At this time, we offer shipping exclusively within the Greater Vancouver Area. We believe in providing a seamless and hands-on delivery experience that reflects the care and craftsmanship of our products.

Delivery Radius
We currently deliver to the following areas:
Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Delta, Langley, and White Rock.

Delivery Fees
Delivery to these areas is free.

Delivery Timeline
All of our pieces are made to order or fulfilled from our local inventory. Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page. We'll reach out directly to schedule a delivery time that works for you.

Delivery Method
Our team handles each delivery in-house or works with trusted local partners. We’ll bring the item into your home and place it in the room of your choice. Assembly and packaging removal are available upon request.

Access Requirements
Please let us know if your building has any special delivery instructions—elevators, loading docks, tight hallways, or stair access only—so we can prepare accordingly.

Pickup Option
Local pickup may be arranged from our studio by appointment. If you prefer this option, please send us a message in the notes with your check out.

Returns 

If what you purchased does not fit your expectations, we’re here to make the return process simple. Contact us through the form on our Contact Us page, and one of our customer service team members will be in touch within 48 hrs to help you through the process.

Any dents, stains, damages, or modifications will make the product ineligible for return.

Please remember that we can only accept returns for items in their original packaging and original condition.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping fees are non refundable. Shipping costs to return the product will be covered by the customer.
