We currently deliver within the Greater Vancouver Area, including Vancouver, North and West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Delta, Langley, and White Rock. If you’re nearby but outside of this area, reach out—we may be able to accommodate.

Our delivery and white glove service is free. We will set everything up and remove all packaging to be reused.

Yes! Local pickup from our studio is available by appointment. Just leave us a note at checkout.

If no one is available during your scheduled delivery window, we’ll need to reschedule. A redelivery fee of $149 will apply.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the piece. Many of our items are made to order—typical turnaround is 2–4 weeks. If we have your item in stock, it may arrive sooner.

Because our furniture is made or finished to order, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.

Yes, we love working on custom pieces. Whether it’s adjusting dimensions, finishes, or creating something entirely new, get in touch and let’s talk.

We get started on your order quickly, so changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may already be sourcing materials or starting production. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We work only with solid hard wood and natural materials. Each piece is crafted with care using sustainably sourced hardwoods, and finished by hand to highlight the natural grain and texture of the wood.

Most of our furniture comes fully assembled or with minimal setup required. If any assembly is needed, we’ll either take care of it during delivery or provide clear instructions.

Yes. Many of our products can be customized to better suit your space. If you need a different size, wood species, or finish, just reach out and we’ll walk you through your options.
