We’re excited to share the completion of a large-scale custom furniture project for Marcon, a well-established developer in the Vancouver area. This commission was part of their new TriCity development in Coquitlam, which includes thoughtfully designed spaces for Nemesis Coffee,Gigi’s restaurant, and their sales centre.

Standout Features
- An 11-foot island serves as a striking centerpiece in the sales centre, combining elegant simplicity with functional design.
- Custom tables, benches, and serving stations were created to complement the distinct character and needs of the coffee shop and restaurant.
- Every piece was designed and built with attention to detail, ensuring a cohesive yet tailored feel throughout.
The Process
From initial design sketches to final installation, the project spanned six weeks. Our team was responsible for every aspect, ensuring consistency and quality throughout. Collaborating closely with Marcon, we ensured that each piece aligned with the vision for TriCity Central, contributing to the development's overarching goal of creating a vibrant, integrated community.

Final Thoughts
This project marks a significant milestone in our journey, showcasing our ability to handle large-scale, multi-faceted commissions while maintaining the integrity and craftsmanship that define our work. We’re proud to have contributed to a development that will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Coquitlam.
